Dear Deauville Beach Resort,
We just wanted to express our sincere gratitude for a perfect weekend at the
hotel on January 18th, 2009. Our daughter Jessica, her groom Mark Matiash and our entire family
enjoyed a truly spectacular wedding weekend at the Deauville through no small
efforts of your entire staff, carefully attended and coordinated by Stacey Gershon.
There was no hesitation, no task or request she couldn't handle. Constantly
at our service, each detail meticulously carried out. Prior to the wedding,
we were in constant email or phone communication, and Stacey met our needs
promptly and courteously each and every time. Stacey coordinated everything
beautifully and her professionalism shone through from the moment we arrived
on Friday until our departure on Monday afternoon. We felt she was a part of
our family and it made our celebration that much sweeter.
We know in most businesses where customer service is a top priority, people
are quick to complain but fail to remember the praises when a job is well done.

Please accept our heartfelt thanks for helping to make our December 21st, 2008
daughters wedding at the Deauville Beach Resort a great success; we couldn't
have achieved the results we did without your help and guidance. The personnel
you recommended to use i.e. the photographer and the florist were excellent,
and your aid and support throughout our preperations went above and beyond
the call of duty.
At the event itself, the settings were beautiful, the transformation of the
room after the wedding ceremony went smoothly, the wedding cake was exquisite,
the food was good, the service outstanding, and throughout it all I witnessed
you direct the resort's employees in an efficient and capable manner. Furthermore,
your presence and calm bedemeanor at all times assuaged any anxiety and trepidation
we may have had.
